Kenneth E. Groh

Kenneth Eugene Groh, a 70-year resident of Riverview, passed away quietly in his sleep in

Petoskey, Michigan, on July 10th, at the age of 94. Dear father of Lois (Patrick) Sullivan and

Michael (Cindy Lee) Groh. Dear grandfather of Kira Groh, Brett LeBlanc, and Erin (Laura Webb)

Sullivan. Loving great grandfather of Ryan Sullivan, Evan Sullivan, and Oakley LeBlanc. He was

predeceased by his wife, Lois (Joyce), his brother James, sisters Edna, Virginia, Jeanette, and

Donna, and his grandson Kevin Sullivan. Ken enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing cards, driving his

car to every nook and cranny of Michigan, travelling to Florida, happy times with his family, boat

rides, western movies, telling stories, woodcarving, home repairs, birdwatching, and playing with

his great grandchildren.  Ken served as a mechanic in the U.S. Army, 185th Combat Engineer

Battalion, and fought in the Korean War.
