It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kyle M. Hard, a cherished member of his family and community, who left us suddenly and unexpectedly on August 28, 2025, at the age of 54. Born on December 3, 1970, in Farmington, Michigan, Kyle's journey through life was a testament to his dedication, love, and the values he held dear.

Kyle spent his career as an assembly line worker for Ford Motor Company, where he was known for his strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to his job. His dedication was mirrored in his many roles beyond work—he served as a 3x past Master of the Hiram #110 F & AM Masonic Lodge and was a proud member of the Moslem Shriners, embodying the principles of brotherhood and charity throughout his life.

His educational path included some college, reflecting his desire for knowledge and growth, but what truly defined him was his profound love for his family. Kyle found joy in the simple moments spent with his loved ones. He recently began collecting tiki mugs, a hobby that brought a sense of fun and adventure to his daily life, while music always played a significant role in providing a soundtrack to his cherished memories.

Kyle is lovingly remembered by his wife of 20 years, Mary Hard, who was the center of his universe. Together, they raised their three beautiful children—Ethan, Evelyn, and Everett—who were undoubtedly his proudest accomplishments. He is survived by his siblings-in-law, Christine Schwab and Bill Schwab Jr. (Angela), and his beloved nephews, Liam and Eli, who brought joy and laughter into his life.

Though he leaves behind a deep void, Kyle's legacy of love and family continues through those who survive him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Jacqueline Hard, and his parents-in-law, William Schwab Sr. and Sheryl, who undoubtedly welcomed him with open arms.

Kyle M. Hard will be remembered for his warmth, his laughter, and the immense love he held for his family. As we say goodbye, we reflect on the impact he had on our lives, and the enduring spirit he leaves behind. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 3200 West Road, 48183.

A Celebration of Life and memorial service will be held in Kyle's honor at a later date at St. Paul United Church of Christ in Taylor, Michigan. Please check back for updated dates and times.
