Larence Forrest Miller, known affectionately as Larry, passed away on April 3, 2026, at the age of 77. Born on July 11, 1948, Larry led a life marked by dedication to his family, career, and passions.
Larry proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, demonstrating a commitment to service that remained a cornerstone of his character throughout his life. Following his military tenure, he built a distinguished career working for Ford Automotive, where he contributed his expertise and work ethic with unwavering loyalty.
A devoted family man, Larry is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia Miller; his daughters, Jennifer and Kimberly Miller; and his cherished grandson, Liam Miller. He is also remembered fondly by other family members and friends who were privileged to know him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Forrest and Alice Miller, and his loyal companion, Grimm the dog.
Larry’s leisure time reflected his deep-rooted love for Detroit sports teams. He delighted in watching games from his mancave garage, always accompanied by a beer and a cigar, savoring each moment. His passion extended to golf, where he actively participated in the Ford Automotive Golf League, enjoying camaraderie and friendly competition.
Larry’s life was characterized by dedication—to his family, his career, and his community. His legacy endures in the hearts of those who knew him and in the memories shared among his loved ones.
