Linda D. Laura

Linda D. Laura, born August 28, 1953, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.

Linda will be remembered with deep love by all who knew her. A faithful member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, she carried her faith as an important part of her life and leaves behind a memory of devotion, strength, and love for her family.

At the heart of Linda’s life was her family. She is survived by her beloved husband, Elton, with whom she shared 50 years of marriage. She also leaves behind her children, Amy (Andrew) Laura, Elton III, Julie, Adam (Pam), Jonathon, Eric (Ryan), and Kimberly, who will continue to carry her love and memory with them. Linda is also survived by her father, Robert and her 20 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Daniel, and by her mother, Phyllis. Their memories remained part of her life, and now they are held together again in peace.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Friday, September 11, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. at The Ford Chapel - Martenson Family Of Funeral Homes, 23620 North Huron River Dr, Rockwood, MI 48173. Additional visitation will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 2550 Edsel Street, Trenton, MI 48183, followed by the funeral service at 10:30 a.m. at the church.

Linda’s life was rooted in faith and family, and her presence will be missed beyond words. May her memory bring comfort to those who loved her and peace in the days ahead.
