Listen to Obituary

Linda Marie Pawlowski was born on August 21, 1952, and died on June 11, 2026. She was preceded in death by her older brother, Daniel John Jay of the United States Air Force, and her husband, Raymond John Pawlowski, of the United States Navy. She is survived by her two children, Kelly (Michael) Lomas and Raymond (Heather) Pawlowski and her three grandchildren, Nina Jade, Brooke Danielle, and Zachary Ray, known to them as “Granya” and “Gigi,” along with her bonus grandson, Carter Jay, and her sister, Karen Ann, and two very special nieces, Sharon Ann and Chelsea Marie, along with Brandon and EJ.

Linda’s love and generosity knew no bounds, especially for dogs. When she took you into her life, she enveloped you completely with her hugs, her warmth, and her cooking, often amazing her daughter that she could get 17 different items all on the table at the same time and still keep them all hot! She was an avid scrapbooker and poured herself into every page, often feeling that her creations were “simple,” which became a running joke amongst family and friends because they were anything but. She loved to make personalized cards for every occasion, and those cards will now be treasured forever. She offered advice–even when you didn’t want it–but it always came from a place of love. She shared her love of sushi with her son each time they visited each other. She had too many struggles for one person to bear, but she was continuously working on herself, further proof that you are never too old or too hopeless to improve, that you can always strive to change for the better. Our lives are better for the imprint she has left on them, and our hearts will carry the burden of her loss until their final beats.
