Luigi Raymond Deluca

Luigi Raymond DeLuca, 78, died peacefully Saturday, December 21, surrounded by family and the caring staff at Rivergate Health Center in Riverview, MI. Fun-loving and kind, Ray was quick-witted and had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed his retirement after working for the State of Michigan as an electrician, and he was proud to have served his country as a Military Policeman for the U.S. Army Ray was preceded in death by his parents, Evaristo and Lena DeLuca; his brother Victor, his sister, Louise (Robert) Krajenka; his brother Richard (Louise) DeLuca; and nephew, Mark Krajenka. Survived by brother Alfred DeLuca and Patricia VanCamp; niece Carol (Krajenka) and William Granville; niece Rochelle (DeLuca) and Timothy Kolankiewicz; and niece Nicole (DeLuca) and Robert Serrano. He will be buried at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield, MI, with a private service. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Ray’s name to the American Stroke Association.
