Mary Ciko

Mary Ciko, of Southgate, passed away December 17, 2021. Loving wife of the late Mykola. Beloved mother of the late Jeannie (the late Bill) Tkacz, Olga (the late John) Petryk and Jerry (Diane) Ciko. Cherished grandmother of Donna (Jeff), Yvonne, Kristina, Andrea (Tim) and the late of Taras. Proud great grandmother of Zack, Alexis, Megan and Katelyn. Mary had a love for cooking, she turned that passion into a catering business that she ran for over 20 years. She was able to share her cooking with everyone. She was devoted to her faith, as a parishioner at St. Johns the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church in Detroit. She lived in Florida for 22 years where she ran the kitchen of the church she attended there. If she was not standing in the kitchen cooking, she was sitting in her chair embroidering something beautiful.
