Mary E. Lester

Lester, Mary E. Age 81. December 11, 2013 of Brownstown. Beloved wife of 64 years to Harry E. Loving mom of Mary Ellen (Edward) Sype, Theresa Diana (Charles) Cowell, William Terry (Lisa Fink), Julia (Chuck) Fuller, the late Harry E., Jr. and the late James Michael. Cherished grandmother of 15. Dearest great grandmother of 8. Mary is survived by other loving family and friends. Also preceded in death by her parents Samuel and Elsie Sartin. Mary was a skilled seamstress and loved rose gardening having the ability to grow the most difficult of roses. She loved cooking and baking and was a huge Detroit Red Wing and Detroit Tiger Fan. While she had many things she was skilled at and loved, her husband and family were the biggest love and joy of her life.
