Carl is survived by Joan; four brothers: Bernie (Bonnie) Brooks, Harry Brooks, Fred Brooks & Joseph Brooks three sisters: Pat (Gene) Bratcher, Marge Brooks & Dorothy Hoffer; sister-in-law Joyce (Raymond) Beaudrie; brothers-in-law Norman (Loretta) Blanchett & the Very Reverend Melvin Blanchette as well as many nieces & nephews. Sadly Carl was preceded in death by his parents; a brother George Brooks; two sisters: Marie Rotterdam, Catherine Carr and a brother-in-law Thomas Blanchett.
