Born in Detroit, Raul was the son of Raul & Arlene (Miller) Femat. Raul leaves to cherish his memory his mother Arlene of Monroe; a brother Kenneth Femat of Westland; two sisters: Rhonda (Carl) Relitz of Pickney and Gail Femat of Monroe as well as 2 nieces and 2 nephews. Sadly Raul was preceded in death by his father.
