Mr. Walter Alan Sobus

Walter Alan Sobus, age 67 of Monroe, passed away January 16th, 2017. Born December 25th, 1949 to the late Walter and Jeanette Sobus. After graduating from John Glenn High School in Westland, Walter would serve his country in the United States Army. On June 5th, 1987 he married the love of his life Beth Boudrie. For over 23 years Walter was a dedicated employee of Holland, Inc. in Bowling Green, OH. In addition to his wife Beth, Walter is also survived by his children Kimberly Michelle (Gerard E., Jr.) Toro and Kelly (Scott) Ziegler. Proud grandfather of Courtney Marie Toro, Britney Michelle Toro, Christy Nicole Toro, the late Gerard Randall Toro, Christian Roland, Sarah Ziegler, Thomas Ziegler, and Erika Ziegler. Also survived by his brother Dave (Kay) Sobus. In accordance to the family's wishes, funeral services will be private.
