Mr. William G. Fitzpatrick

William G. (Bill) Fitzpatrick was born on November 23, 1944 to William and Beulah Fitzpatrick(King). Bill grew up in Wyandotte where he attended St Patricks School. He graduated in 1963. He went into the Army in 1965 and was stationed in Fort Gordon, Georgia where he served as a Ramp Sargeant Medical Corpsman. Bill worked for Detroit Edison for 36 years. During that time he was a boiler operator, sheet metal worker, and union steward of Local 223 Utility Workers Union of America. He retired in 2003. Bill was the president of the Michigan Silver Smith Art Guild. He met his wife, Kathy (Solo) in 1961. They were married at St Patrick Chapel on October 7, 1966. He has 2 children; Pamela Dumouchelle (Grace) and Lorie Ann Larson (Danny); 2 grandchildren Loren and Alex Dumouchelle. Bill was called home on Febuary 2, 2015. He was preceded in death by his mother Beulah Fitzpatrick, Father William Fitzpatrick and brother Melburn Fitzpatrick. He is survived by his wife Kathleen Fitzpatrick, 2 daughters, 2 grand children and many nieces and nephews. He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
