Ms Lori A. Rutila

Lori A. Rutila, age 58, of Monroe, MI. passed away December 29, 2011 in her home surrounded by her family. Lori is survived by her best friend Sandy Rheinschmidt; children, John Rheinschmidt, Audrey (Derrick Colon) Rheinschmidt and Ashley Rheinschmidt; siblings, Sherrilyn (Gary) Speck of Northville, MI., Kimberlee (Greg) McKernan of Plymouth, MI. and Janet (Brett) Martz of Canton, MI.; grandchildren, Gabriel, Hailey and Kayla. Lori was born in Detroit, MI. to Robert and Jean (Bovee) Rutila, sadly they both preceded her in death. She graduated from Stevenson High School Livonia in 1971, she attended Northern Michigan University and Monroe County Community College. Lori was employed for over 30 years at Mercy Memorial Hospital as a registered respiratory therapist and sleep disorder therapist, retiring in 2010. Lori enjoyed traveling, cooking, baking, swimming, jet skiing, biking, Cedar Pointe and she was most of all an avid Red Wings Fan.
