Myrna C. Rouse
Myrna C. Rouse, of Taylor, formerly of Detroit, passed away June 1, 2022. Loving mother of John (Jodi), Mike and Dave. Cherished grandma of Kacey, Cody, the late Shane and Christopher (Jessi). Proud great grandma of McKenzie, Layla and Masina. She is survived by many loving family members including, Ralph Rouse, Bob (Linda) Thompson and Kathy (Jim) Fuentes. Myrna worked at General Motors for over 20 years as a machinist at the Cadillac Plant in Livonia, before retiring. Myrna and Ralph raised three active sons; she was the team mother for Taylor Hockey for 20 years. She would prepare food and make sure the team was ready to go on game day. She loved to shop, and knew every manager at all the groceries stores. Visitation will be held at The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes on Wednesday June 8, 2022 from 2pm until 9 pm and Thursday June 9, 2022 from 1pm until 7pm. We will meet at the funeral home on Friday June 10, at 10 am to process to Parkview Memorial Cemetery for burial.
