Nealie Ann Belcher (McLain) October 21, 1967 – September 6, 2025
Nealie Ann Belcher, born October 21, 1967, in Oak Hill, West Virginia, passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord on September 6, 2025, at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Neal Benjamin McLain and Delores Ann McLain (Murray), as well as her siblings Eddie Murray, David McLain, Lindie McLain, and Lillie Mae (McLain) Kelley and her late husband David Kelley.
Left to cherish her memory is her devoted husband and love of her life, Randall Belcher, and their daughters: Brooke, Roxanne (Bob), and Jennifer (Johnathan). Nealie was a proud and loving Grammy to Madyson (David), Luke, AJ, Joslyn, Gavin, Makenna, Roman, Eliana, Taaron, and Evelyn. She was also blessed to be Great Grammy to Abby and Preslee. Also left behind is her sister Fae Bailey (McLain). She had many nephews and nieces whom she loved dearly, as well as her church family and friends.
Nealie grew up in Michigan and graduated from River Rouge High School. She was known for her creativity and warmth, enjoying hobbies such as sign language, crafting, gardening, cooking, singing, and playing cards. Her happiest moments were spent surrounded by her family at the cherished home her husband lovingly built for her—on the same land where their family had camped for many years.
Nealie's strength, love, and unwavering faith touched all who knew her.
While she waited for a lung transplant, God chose instead to give her wings.
She will be forever loved, missed, and remembered.
