Noreen Tiberia

Noreen Tiberia, aged 82, passed away Monday night at her Allen Park residence while surrounded by her loving family. Born on April 27th, 1938 in Detroit, Michigan to Julianne and Basil O'Connor, she attended All Saints Catholic Schools before marrying Antonio Tiberia in 1954. She and Tony had 9 beautiful children, who eventually gave her 25 adoring grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Her sense of humor, kind smile, and incredible culinary skills were just a few adoring attributes she was known for. Above all, she enjoyed bringing people together and spending time with her loved ones. She instilled love and light to the lives of all who knew her and loved her and her compassionate and caring nature will always be remembered and deeply missed. She is preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Tiberia and her husband, Antonio Tiberia. She is survived by children, Marie Burton, Pamela (William) Greener, Anthony (Vanessa) Tiberia, Theresa (wife of Kenneth) Tiberia, Christopher (Valerie) Tiberia, Julie (Jeffrey) Rickle, Tracy Patterson, Trina (Michael) Snaith, and Jeffrey (Constance) Tiberia, grandchildren, great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. A visitation will take place on Friday, March 12th, 2021 from 4:00pm to 9:00p.m. at Martenson Funeral Home Allen Park Chapel located at 10915 Allen Road, Allen Park, MI. A viewing will follow Saturday, March 13th from 10:00am to 11:00 AM, with mass starting at 11:00 AM, at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church 19624 Wood St, Melvindale, MI.
