Pamela L. Tear, a beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2025,
in Riverview, Michigan, at the age of 75. Born on February 2, 1950, in
Wyandotte, Michigan, Pamela was the daughter of Richard and Shirley Rhine, who
preceded her in death, along with her siblings Carol Smith and Robert Rhine.
Pamela’s life was a testament to her unfathomable love for
her family. She cherished every moment spent with her children—Kristen (Jake)
Davis, Stacy (Joel) Gajewski, and Brian (Heather) Tear. Her most treasured
accomplishments were reflected in the laughter and joy of her grandchildren:
Dominic, Jade, Ava, Zackary, Cassidy, Samantha, Kevin, Keegan, Karson, and
Kamille. Each grandchild held a special place in her heart, and she lovingly
embraced her role as a grandmother, reveling in the joy of every family
gathering.
For many years, Pamela dedicated her professional life as a
dispatcher for a trucking company. Her colleagues knew her as a reliable and
hardworking individual, but to her family, she was much more—an unwavering
support and a constant source of strength.
Pamela found profound companionship in her partner, the late
Robert Klonowski, with whom she shared many beautiful moments that filled her
life with joy. Together, they created lasting memories that her family will
cherish forever.
A visitation to honor Pamela will take place on October 2,
2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at The Trenton Chapel - Martenson Family Of
Funeral Homes, located at 3200 West Rd, Trenton, MI. A funeral service will be
held the following day, October 3, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m.at the funeral
home, followed by a procession to Our Lady of Hope Cemetery for a committal
service, followed by the burial.
Pamela L. Tear leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion
that will resonate deeply within her family and friends. She will forever be
remembered for her unwavering dedication to her family and her ability to bring
warmth and light into the lives of those fortunate enough to know her.
