Obar, Patricia Elaine Rushlow (Hubsky), age 81, born Trenton, Michigan, died Wednesday, January 28 at Applewood Nursing Center in Woodhaven. Preceded in death by husband George Hubsky, husband William O'Bar, and two children, George Jr. and Nanette. Survived by daughters Kris (John) Lichy and Sherry (Stephen) Chapman; her grandchildren John C. Lichy, Stephen Chapman, Jr. and Marla (Christian) Peltier and her former son-in-law James DeGarmo and his wife Lottie.
