Paula Halonen

Paula Halonen, age 79, of Grosse Ile, passed away July 4th, 2017, succumbing to breast cancer. Paula retired as a school teacher in the Melvindale School District. She was a proud member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Dearborn, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren; Noelle, Connor, Jacob and Joshua. Paula leaves behind her grandchildren as well as her daughter, Jill Watras, and son, Jonas Halonen. In accordance to Paula's wishes, cremation has taken place.
