Pauline (Billock) Kuderik, passed away peacefully at home on August 1, 2026, at the age of 81. Born May 10, 1945, in Monroe, Pauline’s life was a testament to caring, devotion, and the simple joys found in the company of loved ones.
Pauline’s compassionate spirit and nurturing nature touched everyone fortunate enough to know her. She was deeply dedicated to her family and drew immense fulfillment from caring for and spending time with them. Her warmth and kindness, so often shown in even the smallest acts, will long be remembered as her most enduring legacy.
She married her beloved husband, John Joseph Kuderik, in 1963. Together, they built a family rooted in love, resilience, and togetherness. Pauline’s unwavering support and gentle guidance shaped the lives of her children, and her sincere passion for their happiness was evident in all she did.
Pauline found great delight in shared moments, especially those gathered around a table playing board games and cards with family and friends. She also loved working on puzzles, always welcoming the challenge with patience and good humor. These cherished activities reflected her joy in simple pleasures and her belief in the value of spending meaningful time with loved ones.
Pauline is survived by her loving daughter, Dawn (Thomas) McDevitt, and her devoted sons, John (Adreah) Kuderik Jr. and Brian (Dawnette) Kuderik, 9 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren with 1 on the way. Pauline also leaves behind her loving cat companion, Sunny
Pauline was preceded in death by her cherished husband, John Joseph Kuderik, on August 23, 2025; her parents, John and Mary Billock; her dear granddaughter, Jessicah Kuderik; and several siblings.
The family will receive friends on Thursday August 6, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at The Allore Chapel – Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 203 E Elm Ave, Monroe, MI. A Celebration of Life will follow on August 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the same location. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Monroe.
