Randy Charles Buckner

Randy Charles Buckner passed away on September 10, 2026, at the age of 61. Born on October 21, 1964, Randy will be remembered with love by those who knew him and by the family who held a central place in his life.

He is survived by his son, Riley Buckner, and Riley’s wife, Emily; his beloved grandsons, Logan Buckner and Charles Buckner, who knew him as “Papa B."; and his fiancée, Yolanda McConville. He is also survived by his sister, Barbara, and Barbara's husband, Donny, and by his brother, Bryan, and Bryan’s spouse, Casey. Randy’s family will carry forward his memory with affection and gratitude, treasuring the bond they shared with him and the place he held in their lives. Randy proudly served in the United States Navy. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Willard Buckner; his mother, Mary Buckner; and his brother, Jerry Buckner.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at The Allen Park Chapel - Martenson Family Of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd, Allen Park, MI 48101. A funeral service will be held there on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

Randy Charles Buckner will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who were fortunate enough to share in his life.
