Randy Gene Woolum was born in Garden City, Michigan on September 24, 1955 and passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 4, 2024 at the age of 69; he was of Brownstown and formerly of Southgate. Beloved husband of the late Gloria Woolum and long-time companion of Janice Kropog. Loving father of Stephanie (Kevin) Haley and Andrea (Paul) Philip. Proud papa of Ethan and Emma. Dearest brother of Jerry (Pat) Woolum, the late Karen MacBride and to her husband Bruce MacBride and the late Dennis Woolum. Also survived by his nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends. Randy was also preceded in death by his parents Bill Woolum and Ina Ball. He will be missed by his beloved dog P.J. Randy’s love in life was his family and he especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was a graduate of Lincoln Park High School who retired from General Motors after 32 years of service. Memorial contributions may be made as the donor chooses.
