Ray D. Frndak

Ray D Frndak long time resident of Macomb County MI, died Tuesday August 11, 2026. He made it to the ripe old age of 77. 

Setting the stage for his arrival are his brother Tyler and his parents Sarah and Raymond. He leaves the writing of this to his sisters Terrilynne and Paulamarie. Also adding their two cents are his nephews Daniel, Nicholas, Zachary and Ryan and his niece Madison. 

Ray enjoyed reminiscing with his classmates from Marysville High School graduating class of ’67. He was sorry he could not make the last reunion since he was “an inmate” at the nursing home in Riverview for the last few years. 

Ray worked for many years at Chrysler where he forged several lifelong friendships. These friends have shared “Ray” stories with the family, expressing gratitude they have for his influence, saying they would not be where they are in life with out Ray. 

Although the time he spent in Colorado Springs wasn’t his favorite time of his life, he did serve his country in the Air Force and developed his passion-his photography. Although some of his later work was not suitable for all audiences, he documented a plethora of family trips, weddings, landscapes and a wide array of musicians on film. 

We know there are aspects of his numerous trips around the sun that have been overlooked in this brief synopsis of his life. The memories will be cherished by all who knew him. Riase a glass, hold your breath and bid him a fond farewell. See you on the flip side.
