Richard is survived by his wife Dorothy; duaghters: Kathryn (Richard) Spencer, Angelina (Timothy) Roberts and Teresa Ciacelli. He is aslo survived by his mother Pamela Ciacelli; sisters: Mary Ann (Gary) Diehl, Paula Ciacelli, Deanna Ciacelli, Kerry Ann (Bob) Wentz and a grandson Nicholas Ciacelli.
