(Regina) Whitmore, IV. of Newport, MI. Proud Pops to Lee Schmidt, Corey Schmidt, and Riccilynn D. Whitmore, V. Step-son of Jay Cobb. Also survived by other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Russell D. Whitmore, II and M. Helen (Nee: Wainwright) Cobb. Richard enjoyed working old cars. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice.
