Richard Owen Meyer was born on August 7, 1937 in Lafayette, Minnisota and died on February 15, 2016 at his home in Newport at the age of 78. Beloved husband of the late Martha. Dearest brother of Charles (Karen) Meyer, Sue (Bruce) Waslie and Jan Rogers (Ken Proud). Also survived by his nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
