Robert Richard Harmer

Born in Rockwood, Robert was the son of Kenzie and Beatrice (Coon) Harmer. A high school graduate, he faithfully served our country in the United States Navy. Robert married the love of his life, Charlotte Putnam, on December 1,1962. He worked as a Union Plumber with Local 98 Detroit. Robert leaves to cherish his memory, Charlotte, his wife of the past 59 years; children: Robert (Gerri) Harmer Jr., John (Tina) Harmer, Michael (Candace) Harmer and April (Angela) Harmer; five grandchildren: Alec Harmer, Chance Harmer, Adam Harmer, Zoey (Aaron) Crump and Jade Harmer; as well as a sister Joann (Pat) O' Grady
