Ronald Brent Wilson, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and seasoned repair technician, passed away peacefully in Allen Park, Michigan, on May 21, 2026. Born on October 13, 1941, in his lifelong hometown of Allen Park, Ronald’s enduring commitment to excellence and service spanned over four decades, marking him as a dedicated professional and revered community member.

Ronald was a proud graduate of Allen Park High School, class of 1960, where the foundation of his work ethic and integrity was firmly established and he was a member of Beacon Baptist Church. His career as a repair technician with Sears was distinguished by more than 40 years of unwavering dedication and skilled craftsmanship, qualities that earned him respect and admiration throughout his profession.

He shared a remarkable 64 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Hazel E. (McElroy) Wilson. Together, they built a loving and supportive family, raising three sons—Ron, Jr. (Felumena), John Allen, and Michael—who carry forward their father's legacy of strength and kindness.

Ronald's life was richly blessed with grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought joy and continued the heritage of the Wilson family. His grandchildren, Brittani, Alexander, John, Jennifer, Chaz, Elizabeth, William, and Brennen, and his great-grandchildren, Tobias, Sofia, Brayden, Weston, Olivia, Cayce, Bradley, Amelia, and Penelope, all reflect the deep roots and expansive love he nurtured throughout his life. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Sue as well as other loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Allen George and Clementine Adeline (St. John) Wilson, and his brothers, David (Mary) and Donald Wilson, whose memories he cherished dearly.
