Sandra K. Francisco

Sandra K. Francisco, 75, passed away on February 21, 2025, in Port Republic, Virginia.

Born on January 11, 1950, Sandra grew up with a deep sense of compassion and dedication to helping others. She attended Jefferson Elementary and Jefferson High School before earning her degree from Eastern Michigan University. She devoted her career to caring for others as a registered nurse at Mercy Memorial Hospital, where her kindness and selflessness left a lasting impact on patients and colleagues alike.

Sandra found joy in simple pleasures, whether it was bowling, reading, or vacationing in Northern Michigan. She cherished time spent over coffee with friends and family, creating warm memories that will be treasured by those who knew her. A woman of faith, she was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church.

She is lovingly remembered by her son, Matthew Francisco; daughter-in-law, Ratinun "JuJu" Francisco; grandchildren, Kaia and Kylen Francisco; sister, Denise Jastal (Francisco) and her husband Ray Jastal of Toledo, Ohio; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ellene (Bressler) and James Francisco; brother, Mark Francisco; and sister, Kristine Francisco.
