Stephen leaves to cherish his memory his children: Cody Allen of Toledo, Kori Allen of Newport and Kelsey (Johnathon) Keister of Bedford; two grandchildren: Sophia Keister and Eli Keister as well as a brother William Tracy (Judy) Allen of Reed City and a sister Lisa Allen-Potts of Adrian. Sadly Stephen was preceded in death by his parents. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Allen Family
