Sylvia Hess

Born in Detroit, Sylvia was the daughter of William and Margaret (Asher) Tolliver.  A graduate of  Taylor Center High School, she married the love of her life, Russell Hess.  Sadly he preceded her in death December 23, 2022.  Sylvia worked as a Sales Associate at JC Penny for more than 27 years.  She was a faithful member of Victory Baptist Church.

Sylvia leaves to cherish her memory two siblings: Sandra Gallant and Skeeter Tolliver; as well as many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by four siblings.
