Taywanoka Steve Gronda

Click on the tribute wall above to view Steve's video tribute. Born in Trenton, Steven was the son of Clifford and Ernestine (Lherault) Gronda. He married the love of his life, Charlotte Coffee, on August 29, 1974. Steven worked as a Carpenter through the Michigan Union Carpenters and Millwrights Local 687. He also held many Welding and Piledriving Certifications. Steven was Chief of the Wyandot Indians. Steven leaves to cherish his memory, Charlotte, his wife of the past 45 years; children: Celeste Ann Gronda and Jenine Beth (Ernesto) Ruiz; grandchildren: Emilio, Ariel, Cassidy, Chloe and Sawyer; as well as his siblings: Linda Bolthouse, Michael (Lenice) Gronda, Marlene (Jim) Chopp, Mary Ann (Bob) Arndt, Elaine (Frank) Roberts, Kathleen (Christopher) Coolsaet, Laura Corella, Ralph (Angela) Gronda, Philip (Elizabeth) Gronda and Timothy (Catherine) Gronda; a sister-in-law Nora Gronda and brother-in-law Philip Walker. Sadly he was preceded in death by his parents; a brother Gary Gronda and a sister Gail Walker In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Steven may be made to the Wyandot of Andernon Nation.
