Teresa Padilla Labute

Teresa (Tessie) Padilla La Bute age 77 of Woodhaven passed away Friday October 30, 2020. Teresa, was born April 4, 1943 in Santa Fe, New Mexico to Jennie Q and Dan Padilla the 2nd of 6 children. Loving Momma to Shirley (John) Muller, Sam (Nancy) Sandoval and David LaBute, Jr. Grandma to Nick, Danny and Christina; Jason, Angel, Rich-ard and Anthony; David III. Great-grandma to 15. Tessie is also survived by her brother Tommy (Marcie); sisters Rosa and Maria (Floyd); brother-in-law Bobby many nieces and nephews from New Mexico and Michigan. Preceded in death by her husband of 51 years David La Bute Sr., grandson Baby Daniel, her parents, brother Gordo, her sister and best friend Pancha and loving doggie King. Nephews Robert and David. Teresa will be remembered as a strong and quiet soul who taught her children and grand-children strength, love and humor. As well as her passion for Bingo and driving “fast”. Until we meet again, fly with the Angels Momma, Grandma, Great-grandma, Sister. Inurnment for Teresa is taking place Thursday November 12, 2020 at 1pm at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI.
