Click on the tribute wall above to view Terri’s video tribute Terri Lynn Adkins, age 52 of Monroe, passed away Saturday, July 31, 2021 at ProMedica Ebeid Hospice in Sylvania. Born January 12, 1969 in Toledo, Terri was the daughter of Paul and Diane (Beers) Hyden. A 1987 graduate of Monroe High School, she then received her Bachelor of Business Degree from the University of Toledo. Terri married the love of her life, Kelly Adkins, on April 28, 2001. She has worked as an Accounting Supervisor with Benore Logistics for the past 23 years. Terri had many interests and hobbies. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting; taking care of her flower garden, going for boat rides, family vacations to Mackinac Island and Frankenmuth, as well as attending concerts and sporting events. She was especially proud to be a Monroe Football Mother, volunteering in the concession stand during football games or doing whatever she could for the team, but her most treasured times were those spent with her family. Terri leaves to cherish her memory, Kelly, her husband of the past 20 years; children: Nicholas (Jodi) Braden and Connor Adkins; a grandchild Sigrid Braden; her mother Diane Hyden; siblings: Lisa (Mark) Kohn, Suzie Hyden, Karen (Justin) Ratledge and Kandra Hyden; her mother-in-law and father-in-law Arnold and Lynda Adkins; a sister-in-law Denise (Rob) Dennison; the family pet Jordy; many nieces and nephews and Paul’s wife Karen Hyden. Sadly she was preceded in death by her father.
