Also survived by 2 sisters Veronica Le-Vack and Rose Ann (Jim) Bencik. Preceeded in death by his parents Charles and Rose (nee Suchy) and 1 sister Marie Morrison. He served in the Army and was stationed in Germany. Mr. Deku earned a bachelor's degree from Sacred Heart Seminary, Detroit, and a master's degree in British literature from University of Detroit. He was a former member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Rockwood, and enjoyed environmental issues, photography and gardening.
