Tim Picard. Age 60, of Taylor. December 5, 2019. Beloved husband of Connie for 19 years. Loving father of Jeremy Rayfield and Missy Mason. Proud Papa of Michael Boldizar, David Boldizar, Katelynn Rayfield, Jayden Mason and Ian Mason. Dearest son of Bill and Barb Picard. Dear brother of Terri Slayden. Survived also by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Tim was preceded in death by his grandparents, an uncle Jerry Hedges and his son-in-law Jeff Mason.
