William Doran

William Doran of Allen Park, MI passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Joan Doran. Loving father of Kathy (Greg) Lahiff, Bill Doran, Donna (Brian) Strauss, and Sue Doran. Proud grandfather of Lauren, Courtney and Colin Strauss. Dearest brother of Dorothy Doran. William was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Alma Doran and his siblings, Edward Doran and Eileen Kurzawa. He will be deeply missed by many loving family and friends. Visitation will take place on Friday, January 21, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 10915 Allen Road. There will be a rosary held at 6:30 p.m. that evening. The Mass of Resurrection will follow on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church located at 6442 Pelham, Taylor, 48180. In State 9:30 a.m. Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery in Brownstown Twp. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the American Stroke Association in William’s honor.
