Dearest grandson of the late Willis and the late Jacqueline Blevins and Charles and Ann Runions. Also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins as well as other family and friends. Willis was a graduate of Carlson High School Class of 1999, a member of the US Air Force and actively involved in the National Guard.
