Listen to Obituary

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Xander James Zeh, who left us

unexpectedly on November 12, 2025. Xander graced our lives with his presence on July 14, 2024. From the very beginning, he exhibited a determined spirit, curious personality, and joyful disposition. Although his time with us was tragically brief, the moments God blessed us with will be cherished for the remainder of our lives.

Xander demonstrated remarkable courage and resilience throughout his life. His ability to warm hearts simply with a smile was incredible to witness. Despite facing immense challenges, his smile remained, and his will to be with us was clear. Our family loved Xander deeply, and we will never stop thinking of the imprint he left on our lives. We couldn’t be more proud to be the parents of such a strong and resilient child.

Xander will be missed by his loving parents, Bradshaw and Alesia (Sibrel) Zeh, and his adoring big sister, Kennedy Spade Zeh. He will be affectionately remembered by his maternal grandparents, Dave and Sheila (Spade) Sibrel, and paternal grandparents, Jim and Jennifer (Donaldson) Zeh. The family also mourns the loss of Xander along with his uncles Wesley Sibrel and Ryan Sibrel, aunts Stephanie (Luft) Sibrel, Abigail Zeh, and Madison Zeh, along with his treasured cousins Chloe Sibrel, Tyler Sibrel, and Callie Sibrel. His only living great-grandmother, Virginia Donaldson, will also sorely miss this sweet boy.

A Celebration of Life will take place March 14, 2026, at Church of the Way on Grosse Ile. A more formal announcement with details will follow.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Xander's honor to one of the following organizations. Each one of these organizations offered incredible support throughout the pregnancy and during Xander’s short but beautiful life.

·  Abel SPeaks – Supports families who have chosen to carry a child with a life-limiting diagnosis during pregnancy and beyond.

· Little Victors League – Provides care coordination and advocacy for medically complex babies while inpatient and after discharge.

· Ronald McDonald House Charities of Ann Arbor – Provides a home away from home for families of hospitalized children.
