FAQ


What is Cremation?
Cremation is a process where the pet’s remains are exposed to intense heat. Through heat and evaporation, the remains are reduced to the body’s basic elements. The cremated remains (or basic elements) are what is commonly referred to as “cremains”.
They are odorless, sterile, weigh only a fraction of the pet’s original weight, and can be safely stored indefinitely.

If I chose private cremation how do I know it’s my pet?
Each pet is assigned a specific number in our database. When your pet is returned to you, you will notice a round tag tagged to your pets cremains with the correlating number.

If I choose communal cremation, where does my pet go?
We work with a local cemetery where your pet will be laid to rest.

Can I personalize the urn?
We offer engraving along with other package upgrades

How long until I have my pet back?
We strive for a 24-48 hour turn around time.
